Chet Davis

Chet Davis is an experienced news and sports broadcaster with a career spanning over a decade. Currently, Chet serves as the Morning News Anchor, Sports Director, and Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at WRGB CBS6 since May 2017. Prior to this role, Chet held the position of Weekend Sports Anchor/Reporter at KATC Communications from June 2015 to May 2017 and at KIEM-TV from May 2013 to May 2015. Chet began as a Sports Intern at NewsChannel 9 WSYR in early 2013 and previously worked as Talk Staff Director and Sports Staff Member at WAER from 2010 to April 2013. Chet also gained experience as a broadcast intern for the Falmouth Commodores in the Cape Cod Baseball League during the summer of 2011. Educationally, Chet holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, completed in 2013, and studied at Unatego Junior-Senior High School from 2006 to 2009.
