Sarah Donovan

Sarah Donovan currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at Wright Brothers since October 2024. Prior to this role, Sarah held multiple positions at Scarpetta, including Operations & People Manager and L&D Manager, from July 2022 to September 2024. Experience also includes serving as Training Manager at Giggling Squid, Operations Manager at Yeotown Health Retreat Devon, and various roles within DF TACOS, culminating as Kitchen Training and Recruitment Manager and General Manager. Sarah began their career as Store Manager at Burrito Mama and as Crew/Supervisor at Wahaca’s Mexican Street Kitchen. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Policy & Sociology from The London School of Economics and Political Science, completed in 2010.
