Thomas Moran

Thomas Moran is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in construction and surety litigation. Since June 2019, Thomas has served as a partner at Wright, Constable & Skeen, L.L.P. Prior to this role, Thomas practiced at Setliff & Holland, PC from January 2015 to May 2019 as an attorney. Thomas began the legal career as an associate attorney at WallacePledger, PLLC from January 2006 to December 2014, and further developed legal expertise at the Law Offices of W.W. Bennett, Jr. in late 2005. Thomas holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University.
