Michel Fleury

Michel Fleury has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michel is currently working as the Director of Quality System at Stryker since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of International Quality Systems and Operations at Wright Medical from September 2015, and also as the EMEA QARA Manager from April 2014 to September 2015. Before joining Wright Medical, Michel worked at Sorin Group, where they held various roles including QARA Core Team Lead and Quality Assurance/Regulatory Affairs Core Team Lead, managing projects related to remote monitoring solutions and regulatory compliance. Michel also worked at SERMA Group as a Project Lead, managing quality assessments for companies involved in various industries. Michel's earlier work experience includes roles at SORIN Group, Sanofi, CS, and Hitachi Medical Systems Europe Holding, where they gained expertise in software development, engineering, and technical support.

Michel Fleury has a Master 2 Degree in Corporate Management (DESS CAAE) from IAE de Poitiers, which they completed in 2001. In 1993, they obtained another Master 2 Degree in Computer Science (DESS) from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar. Michel also holds a Master 1 Degree in Medical Devices (Maitrise de Sciences et Techniques) from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), which they earned in 1990. Their education history also includes a DUT in Mesures Physiques - Option Techniques Instrumentales, achieved in 1987 from Nantes Université.
