Alex White

Alex White was born in Dickinson, ND and moved around quite a bit as a kid prior to his family settling down in Billings, MT. He attended the University of Montana in Missoula, MT earning his Bachelor’s degree in health and human performance in 2014. While there, he competed for the track and field team in the discus, hammer throw, and shot put. He continued at the University of Montana where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

In 2018, Alex furthered his education and became certified level 1 performance coach through USA Weightlifting (USAW-L1), he also earned certification in Functional Movement Technique (FMT) through the nationally recognized course Rock Tape.
