Michael Decoster

Michael DeCoster has a diverse work experience. Michael started in 2006 as a Financial Coordinator at DaVita Clinical Research and worked there until 2009. Following that, they held various roles at SCA Americas from 2009 to 2015, including Rebates Analyst, Pricing Analyst, and Manufacturing Analyst. In 2015, they worked as a Hometown Stores Format Analyst at SHOPKO STORES INC. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Owner of Home Inspector, MD LLC. Michael then moved on to School Specialty, Inc. as a Quantitative Business Analyst from 2015 to 2020. After that, they joined ThedaCare as a Workday Architect (Sr. Business Analyst) from 2020 to 2022. Michael then joined CLEAResult as a Principal Business Systems Analyst from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst II at Wright Service Corp. since March 2023.

Michael DeCoster attended St. Norbert College from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. In addition, they obtained a certification in Excel Fundamentals - Formulas for Finance from the Corporate Finance Institute in July 2023.
