Alvin Goh

Alvin Goh has a diverse range of work experience in the field of HR and HR transformation. Alvin'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of HR Transformation and Global HR Business Partner at WSAudiology, where they provided innovative hearing aids and hearing health services. Alvin also served as a Global HR Business Partner to the CIO. Prior to that, they worked at SEPHORA as the Regional Senior Talent Management Manager, responsible for HR systems, analytics, and the creation of the company's first HR Analytics Center of Excellence. Alvin then moved on to Nielsen, where they served as the Regional HR Operations and People Analytics Lead, responsible for HR operations and driving HR process standardization, digitization, and optimization across multiple countries. Before that, Alvin worked at DFS Group Limited as a Project Manager of Global Shared HR Services, where they were accountable for the governance and management of HR technologies and played a role in process improvements and system implementations. Alvin'searliest experience was at Accenture, where they worked as a Consultant, managing SAP HR implementation projects for various government agencies.

Alvin Goh obtained a degree in Computing with a focus on E-Commerce from the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended Catholic Junior College from 1999 to 2000. Alvin also holds additional certifications, including ITIL Foundation V3 from AXELOS acquired in 2014 and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute earned in 2012.
