Mark Winiarski

Mark Winiarski has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mark most recently worked as the Head of Retail Operations - ANZ at WSAudiology since March 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Beaurepaires - Goodyear and Dunlop Tyres, including Retail Operations Manager and Sales and Operations Manager - Victoria, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving financial goals.

Before that, Mark worked at Vodafone Hutchison Australia as the National Service Experience Manager, leading a team of experience centers to achieve sales and revenue targets. Mark also worked at Hutchison Telecoms as the National Operations Manager and Channel Servicing Manager, where they developed strategies to drive sales and ensure excellent customer experiences.

Mark's earlier career includes roles as a Recruitment Consultant at Select Appointments in the UK, where they achieved revenue targets through permanent candidate placements, and as the State Dealer Sales Manager - Virgin Mobile at Creative Field Marketing, where they established relationships with key sales partners. Mark also worked as a Retail Store Manager at Virgin Mobile and as a Sales Leader at Basik Marketing.

Mark began their career at Target Australia Pty Ltd as an Area Sales Manager. Overall, Mark has a strong background in retail operations, customer experience, and sales management.

Mark Winiarski attended Ashwood College from 1994 to 1996, where they completed their VCE degree. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1993, they studied at Wheeler Hill Secondary College. In 1991 to 1992, Mark attended Upper Yarra Secondary College.
