Rajesh Kumar

Rajesh Kumar has extensive experience in the field of HR systems and SAP SuccessFactors. Rajesh currently serves as the Head of HR Systems at WSAudiology, where they are responsible for managing the development and implementation of the SuccessFactors platform across all countries. Prior to this, Rajesh has held various roles in companies such as Deloitte, Bosch Global Software Technologies, Bosch Engineering GmbH, and Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Private Limited, where they specialized in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and consulting. Rajesh also has experience working as a Team Lead at Accenture and as an Information Technology Analyst and Associate System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services.

Rajesh Kumar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Information Technology from DY Patil Institute of Distance Learning. Rajesh also has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electrical Engineering from Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Rajesh has obtained various certifications such as Leading Others from the Leadership Pipeline Institute in 2022, Boomi Certified Integration Developer from Dell Boomi in 2020, and multiple SAP certifications in different areas of application and management obtained between 2013 and 2019.
