Janet Zwaan

Janet Zwaan has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Janet began their career as a Junior High Math Teacher at the Archdiocese of Philadelphia from 1991 to 2003. From there, they transitioned into the finance industry, working in various positions at the Citizens Bank from 2003 to 2017. Janet'sroles at Citizens Bank included AVP, Consumer Operations Senior Professional, Process Engineer; AVP, Operations Process Manager | Business Analyst Manager; AVP, Project Manager | Business Analysis | Process Improvement Analyst; Ballpark banker; AVP, Financial Analyst III; and Officer, Financial Analyst I | Billing Analyst.

In 2017, Janet joined Fiserv Lending Solutions as a Business System Analyst, and in 2018, they moved to BankMobile, where they worked as a Product Owner | Senior FinTech Business Analyst and Senior Business Analyst Consultant. In 2019, they briefly joined Hobbs | Madison, Inc. as a Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager Lead | Director, Financial Services before transitioning to iPipeline as a Senior Associate / Business Analyst.

Janet's most recent position is with WSFS Bank, where they currently serve as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Software Quality Assurance Test Lead.

Janet Zwaan has a strong educational background in technology management and secondary education mathematics. Janet completed an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education Mathematics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal degrees, Janet has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Janet obtained an Executive Certification in the Essentials of Negotiation from Notre Dame de Namur University in February 2012. Furthermore, they have earned a Master Certification in Project Management and a Master Certification in Business Analysis from Villanova University in June 2011 and February 2011, respectively.

Janet's commitment to professional development is evident through their participation in various online courses. Janet obtained certifications in "How to Make Your Voice Heard" and "Characteristics of a Great Scrum Master" from LinkedIn in March 2023 and August 2019, respectively.
