Megan Van Pelt

Megan Van Pelt is WSP Global’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She joined WSP in 2017 as Chief Human Resources Officer for WSP USA. With over 20 years of experience in human resources, she oversees WSP’s HR programs including strategy, talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining the firm, she was with Starwood Retail Partners, where she led all facets of human resources for the company’s corporate headquarters and 30 properties across 15 US states. Ms. Van Pelt has also held executive roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Sears Holdings Corporation, and Lend Lease. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
