Eve Watt

Eve Watt has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Eve is currently the Vice President Human Resources Europe at Chart Industries, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director Europe, Middle East & India at Howden and as the Head of People at Cloudreach. Earlier in their career, they held various roles at NatWest Group, including Head of Performance Management and HR Programme Manager. Eve also worked as the Head of HR at SIMEC Atlantis Energy Limited. Throughout their career, Eve has been involved in designing and implementing people strategies, driving cultural change, and managing HR business partnering.

Eve Watt holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. Eve also earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Napier University, completing it in 2004. Eve Watt has additionally obtained the CIPD certification from CIPD.
