Phil Luciano

Phil Luciano is an experienced communications professional and community leader with a diverse background in journalism, public relations, and non-profit management. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Executive at WTVP and President of the board for Vole Kayiman, Luciano focuses on mentorship for aspiring entrepreneurs to enhance community development. Volunteer roles include Public Relations Specialist for Dream Center Peoria, Leader of prayer and ministry groups at Riverside Community Church, and organizing holiday events for seniors through the Jimmy Binkley Christmas Party. An adjunct instructor at Bradley University and a former columnist and radio host, Luciano has contributed significantly to both education and media throughout a career that began in 1988. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public Affairs Reporting from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University.
