Chris Claypool

Chris Claypool has extensive experience in sales and media, currently serving as the General Sales Manager at WTVY News 4 since March 2023. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Senior Multi-Media Consultant at Gray Television/WIS Media from August 2007 to March 2023. Earlier in the career, Chris held the position of Account Manager at Clear Channel Communications from April 1999 to July 2007. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from The University of Georgia, attended from 1989 to 1992, and previously studied at Augusta State University from 1987 to 1989.
