Michelle Lott

Michelle is a San Francisco native, born and raised in the Bayview Hunters Point community, with 30+ years of human resources leadership experience. A graduate of San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Personnel and Industrial Relations and General Management, Michelle spent her early career working in the private sector with Conagra Foods, Visa International and Moscone Convention Center, and has spent the last fifteen years leading the HR function of one of the largest non-profit organizations within San Francisco. Michelle is an exceptionally strong strategic business partner, chief negotiator, and team builder who possesses a keen understanding of the organization’s mission and cultural effectiveness with the ability to counsel leaders to enable growth and retain staff. Michelle is a passionate activist with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
