Wang Xu

Mr. Wang, is currently the Deputy Party Secretary, Chairman of the labor union, and the supervisor of Wuling Industrial, our principal subsidiary, who is responsible for overseeing the human resources functions of the Group. He is also currently the staff-nominated director, deputy party secretary, and chairman of the labor union of Guangxi Automobile, the ultimate holding company of the Company. Mr. Wang graduated from the Hubei University of Technology in mechanical and electrical engineering. He also holds a Master's degree in engineering from the Wuhan University of Technology. His profession is a senior engineer. Mr. Wang has been engaged in the automobile industry in China since his joining to Guangxi Automobile Group in 1994. Mr. Wang has over 30 years of extensive experience in the technical, quality control, and business management of the automobile industry.
