Yasmin Bendaas

Yasmin Bendaas currently serves as a Senior Proposal Writer at Syneos Health since September 2023. In addition, Yasmin has been the host and creator of the podcast "Me & My Muslim Friends" at North Carolina Public Radio-WUNC since August 2021, where responsibilities include creative direction, guest selection, and scriptwriting. Previous roles include Business Development Proposal Qualification & Process Manager at CVS Health, where over 85 proposal requests were managed, and Proposal Writer II at ICON plc, focusing on drug development strategies. Yasmin's experience also encompasses positions as a Science Writer & Copy Editor at EdNC and Interim Managing Editor for the North Carolina Medical Journal. Yasmin holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication with a focus on Science and Medical Journalism from the UNC Hussman School of Journalism and Media and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Wake Forest University.
