Nathalie Paust is a researcher at Wuppertal Institut für Klima, Umwelt, Energie gGmbH since January 2023, specializing as a research assistant in the department of Future Energy and Industrial Systems. Prior experience includes an internship at UNDP in Viet Nam focused on the International Conference on Sustainable Ocean Economy and Climate Change Adaptation from September to December 2021, and a human resources internship at Deutsche Bank from September 2019 to March 2020, where support was provided in various recruiting tasks. Nathalie also interned at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in the Departmental Advisory Team for Asia, Pacific, Latin America, and the Caribbean from September 2018 to January 2019. Academically, Nathalie Paust is pursuing a Master of Science in Sustainability Management at Bergische Universität Wuppertal and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Erfurt.
