Dijana K.

Dijana K. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dijana started their career as an Interviewer at Millward Brown in May 2011 and worked there until April 2013. From March 2011 to August 2013, they worked as a Promoter at Studio Moderna, focusing on sales improvement and client communication. In June 2014, Dijana interned at ENERGOPROJEKT Visokogradnja Beograd in the Quality Sector. Dijana then joined ESTIEM LG Belgrade in October 2013 as the VP of Activities.

Dijana's most recent and notable position has been at Wurth Srbija, where they started as a Business Assistant to the Pricing Manager in August 2014. Dijana then progressed to become a Business Analyst Team Lead from April 2016 to May 2017. Following that, they served as a Project Manager from June 2017 to July 2019, leading various reorganization and development projects across multiple Wurth companies. Dijana then worked as an IT Project Manager & E-business Manager from July 2019 to July 2021, overseeing digitalization initiatives and system implementation/development.

Currently, Dijana holds the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Wurth Srbija, starting from July 2021. In this role, they are responsible for driving digital transformation and leading the company's digital strategy.

Dijana K. completed their Bachelor's degree in Quality Control from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade from 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Deveta gimnazija Mihailo Petrović Alas from 2006 to 2010, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science.
