Caryn Fischetti has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various managerial roles. Caryn is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at WuXi Advanced Therapies, where they collaborate with senior and site leadership to support business objectives and execute strategic HR initiatives. Prior to their current role, they worked at WuXi AppTec as an Associate Director of Human Resources, providing HR support and guidance to the assigned business unit. Additionally, they served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they partnered with senior management on various human capital needs. Before joining WuXi, Caryn was the Human Resources Administration Manager at S & B Industrial Minerals N.A., Inc, where they managed payroll and benefit files, as well as organized reports for management and payroll. Caryn also gained experience at Charles River Laboratories as a Manager of Human Resources, overseeing personnel activities, recruitment, employee relations, and benefit and compensation programs.

Caryn Fischetti obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Holy Family University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, they have acquired several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Caryn completed a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certification from Cornell University in July 2021 and a Psychology of Leadership certification from the same institution in October 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Supply Chain Management Certificate from Penn State Great Valley in June 2019, a Project Management Certificate in August 2017, and a Leadership Development Certificate in January 2014 from the same institution. Caryn also holds a Strategic HR Business Partner Certificate obtained from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in June 2018.
