Nicole Kastor

Manager Project Management Office (pmo) at WuXi Advanced Therapies

Nicole Kastor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Nicole began their career in 2002 as a Banquet Server at Adelphia Restaurant and later became the Head Banquet Captain. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Banquet Server and Front Desk Associate at Coastline Bar & Grill. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Area Manager and District Training Specialist at Simply Self Storage where they oversaw operations and managed a team. In 2014, Nicole worked as a Co-Op Research Assistant at Fox Chase Cancer Center, studying breast cancer initiation and performing various research tasks. In the same year, they also took on the role of Program Associate at Bancroft, where they ensured program compliance with safety and licensing standards. Their experience in project management began in 2016 when they joined WuXi Advanced Therapies as an Associate Project Manager. Nicole later worked their way up to Supervisor of PMO and then Manager of PMO, where they collaborated with executive leaders, managed multiple projects, and ensured project success.

Nicole Kastor's education history begins in 2011 when they attended Rowan College at Gloucester County. Nicole obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Science from this institution in 2013. Nicole then went on to study at Drexel University from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.

In 2018, Nicole obtained various certifications including "Fundamentals in Project Management" from Penn State Great Valley, "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training" from Rutgers Business School, "Leveraging Leadership for Project Management Success" from Penn State Great Valley, and "Agile Business Analysis" from Penn State Great Valley.

In 2019, Nicole attended Rutgers Business School to pursue a Project Management Certification. Nicole also obtained a certification in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the same institution in November 2019.
