Judy Heng

Judy Heng is an experienced HR executive with a robust background in human resources leadership across various industries. Currently serving as HR Executive Director at WuXi AppTec since January 2023, Judy previously held the position of HR Director at Edwards Lifesciences from June 2012 to July 2021, contributing to advancements in heart valve technology and hemodynamic monitoring. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Rolls-Royce, where Judy was instrumental in establishing new facilities in Singapore's Seletar Aerospace Park, and HR Manager at Clearlab International and Keppel Offshore & Marine, focusing on strategic HR initiatives and talent development. Judy's career began at General Electric Healthcare as HR Leader for Southeast Asia and includes early experience at Seraya Chemicals.
