Juergen Boer

Juergen Boer has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Juergen most recently held the position of Senior Director of Business Development EU at WuXi AppTec, starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they served as Managing Director at Taration from March 2017 to November 2019. Juergen has also held roles at Novasep as Sales and Business Development Manager and Global Strategic Account Manager from 2011 to 2017, and at GVK BIO as a Business Development/Account Management EU Consultant from 2010 to 2011. Juergen has prior experience at companies such as DSM, where they worked as a Business Manager for Emerging Markets from 2008 to 2010, and at Midas Pharma as a Project Manager for Custom Synthesis from 2006 to 2008. Earlier in their career, they worked at Alantos Pharmaceuticals as a Scientist in Medicinal Chemistry from 2003 to 2005, and at DSM as a Scientist in Chemical Process Development from 2000 to 2003.

Juergen Boer holds an MBA degree from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Juergen also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the Technical University of Munich. Juergen Boer has served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at UC San Diego. Juergen holds a University Diploma in Chemistry from the University of Regensburg.
