Mike McGrew

Mike McGrew has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the medical device industry. Mike has held positions such as Vice President of Operations at WuXi AppTec, Sr. Director of Operations and Site Head at WuXi AppTec, VP/CFO at The Wallis Agency Inc, dba Onyx Home Care, Site Director/Plant Manager at Medtronic, Director of R&D Platform Development Leader and Site Director at Hospira, and Plant Manager at Abbott Laboratories. Mike has extensive experience in managing operations, manufacturing, quality, and strategic business planning. Their expertise includes acquisitions, site integration, program management, and new plant construction. Additionally, they have a background in engineering and design in companies like Raytheon, Barry Controls, and General Dynamics.

Mike McGrew holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1976 to 1980. Their education started with a Diploma in Machine Tool Technology/Machinist from Upper Cape Cod Regional Technical School, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. In addition to their degrees, Mike also obtained a certification as a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of California from the Department of Consumer Affairs in December 2015.
