John Brown

John Brown is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Upstream Manufacturing Lead (Associate Director) at WuXi Biologics since June 2022. Previously, John held various roles at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from 2016 to 2022, including Manufacturing Capacity Technologist, Upstream Bio-Process Technician, and Downstream Bio-Process Technician, where significant process optimizations and efficiencies were achieved. John's early career included an internship in CQV at Alexion during the plant's start-up phase and a Plant Metallurgist internship at Kenmare Moma Processing in Mauritius. John holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, complemented by a strong educational foundation in STEM subjects from St Colmans College.
