Lan Dai

Lan Dai serves as the Senior Director and Biologics CMC Lead at WuXi XDC since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading the progression of CMC projects and engaging with clients and technical teams. Previously, at Exelixis as the Director of Biologics CMC AD/QC, Lan established internal testing capabilities and managed outsourced analytical activities. Earlier experience includes roles at Asher Biotherapeutics, Agenus, Genentech, and Pfizer, focusing on analytical development, quality control, and bioconjugate characterization. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Biology from Sichuan University.
