Ruth Foxe Blader

Ruth Foxe Blader is a seasoned investor and venture capital professional, currently serving as a General Partner at Foxe Capital, focusing on backing Pre-Seed and Seed stage founders at the intersection of technology and societal change. With extensive experience as an investor in over 50 fintech startups, Ruth has held various roles including Co-Founder of WVCE, which promotes inclusion in VC, and Partner at Anthemis Group, dedicated to fostering equity in the financial system. Prior experience includes leading investments for Allianz Ventures, co-founding FarmArc, directing global digital strategies at PepsiCo, and overseeing interactive strategies at Ruder Finn. Ruth holds an M.A. in Criminology/Deviance from John Jay College (CUNY) and multiple degrees including a Bachelor's in English Language and Literature from the University of Iowa.
