Cheryl Prado

Cheryl Prado has a diverse work experience in various industries. Cheryl started their career in 2010 as a Sales Agent at White Shark Media®, where they adjusted sales scripts and conducted potential client searches. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Collections Specialist at Connect International, LLC, utilizing skip tracing techniques and negotiating payment arrangements. Cheryl then joined Concentrix as a Recruiter from 2014 to 2016. Cheryl later joined Opticall BPO in 2016 as a Recruiting Team Lead, specializing in optometrist recruiting until 2020. Currently, Cheryl is working at Momentum Telecom as a Pricing Analyst, responsible for assessing data, analyzing competitor pricing, and tracking customer engagement to develop effective pricing strategies.

Cheryl Prado completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Universidad Politécnica de Nicaragua, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
