Erick Njoka started their career in 2003 as a DSL Tier 1 Tech Support at TeleTech, where they provided technical support to Verizon Online DSL high-speed internet customers and assisted trainers of new hires. In 2005, they moved to Momentum Telecom and held multiple roles over the years, including Tier 2 Technical Support, IT Helpdesk Technician, and Technical Support. In these roles, they provided technical support to Momentum employees and VoIP customers, set up and supported Windows and Macintosh operating systems, and mentored new retail support employees. Erick'swork experience at Momentum Telecom lasted until 2017.
Erick Njoka obtained their Masters degree in Food Science from Cornell University, where they attended from 1993 to 1996.
