Lincoln Passwater

Lincoln Passwater has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lincoln started their career as an Operations Engineer at Momentum Telecom in February 2009, where they managed the setup and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, as well as core networking equipment. In August 2010, they transitioned to the CLEC Operations Department as a CLEC Operations Engineer, serving as the main point of contact for Tier 3 issue mitigation. In April 2014, they became the Senior Voice Engineer at Momentum Telecom, taking the lead in consolidating SIP access and routing/switching platforms and upgrading the network-wide voicemail platform.

Prior to their telecommunications career, Passwater worked at Waldenbooks from April 2004 to March 2005 as a Customer Service representative and Bookseller, assisting with the setup and maintenance of storage catalog and Point-of-Sale equipment.

Lincoln Passwater attended Ohio University from 2004 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems, specializing in Computer Science and Management Information Systems.
