Matt Laffey

Matt Laffey is an accomplished producer and director with extensive experience in the television and media industry. Currently serving as Managing Producer and Documentary Producer/Director for WWE since February 2019, Laffey produces award-winning documentaries for platforms such as A&E, Peacock, and WWE Network. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Producer at SNY from 2013 to 2018, where Laffey conceptualized and produced long-form specials and transformed the original production department into an award-winning team. Laffey also co-founded Ridgewood New Media, managing high-end online marketing video content production, and previously worked as a producer for NBA Entertainment from 1999 to 2008, where Laffey produced features for major networks and garnered experience working with prominent figures in basketball. Laffey holds a BA in Mass Communications from St. Bonaventure University.
