Reporting to Director, Development, the role will oversee all corporate engagement work locally as well as local issue, regional initiatives and lead the Corporate and Community Partnerships team in strategies for building supporter engagement and revenue.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies of the Corporate Membership Programme (CMP) of the organization, to achieve the annual membership and financial targets.
  • Oversee the delivery of the CMP growth strategy and to achieve the financial and other targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize both restricted and unrestricted funding from the corporate sector to support our fundraising events, public campaigns, communication projects, and conservation and education programmes.
  • Develop and implement strategies and activities for the WWF Hong Kong’s centres to target corporate communities.
  • Develop and execute prospecting, acquisition and retention strategies for corporate donors who are passionate and interested to support WWF's conservation mission and objectives in achieving our goals.
  • Solicit partnering and/or funding opportunities among corporate donors and sponsors in accomplishing WWF's conservation objectives and funding needs.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials and correspondences and ensure that they are produced to specification, delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage the corporate membership database and member updates by tracking campaign response, reporting on progress and preparing campaign analysis.
  • Ensure the up-to-date maintenance and use of corporate records within Raiser's Edge, and the data management guidelines of WWF.
  • Be a strategic partner for Director, Development and strategic leader for the team with good people management skill.
  • Assist and support other Fundraising Team’s planning and activities as requested.

  

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in B2B marketing, sales management, corporate relations, or fundraising.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Value added with marketing agency and IR agency networks.

Required Behavioural Skills

  • Highly motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiastic about environmental protection and conservation.
