Dominic Ryder has extensive experience in talent acquisition and partnership roles, having served as a Talent Partner at Scout, Kpler, and EDITED, as well as a Senior Global Talent Partner at Multiverse. Additionally, Dominic held the positions of Talent Acquisition Team Lead and Talent Acquisition Specialist at BlueOptima. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Birmingham, attained between 2014 and 2017, following education at Bishop Heber High School from 2011 to 2014.
