Sarah has held various roles in the hospitality industry, starting as a Shift Manager at Starbucks, then transitioning to roles in employee relations and human resources at The Cape Club Resort, Wianno Club, Outerland, and currently at Wychmere Beach Club as the Assistant Director of Human Resources.
