Tom Harwick

Tom Harwick is an experienced professional with a background in cost engineering and economics. Currently serving as the ADD Project Coordinator at Wycliffe Associates since May 2020, Tom previously worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 1996 to June 2017, where roles included MDAO / MBE Concept Cost Engineer and Cost Methods & Engineering, contributing to the development of affordability cost methods and Model Based Engineering methods. Prior to that, Tom specialized in cost modeling as a Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, where retirement occurred after nearly three decades of service, including holding DoD clearances. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Econometrics, and Quantitative Economics from California State University, Northridge.
