Brian Regan

Brian Regan has extensive work experience in operations, supply chain management, and purchasing. Brian has worked at various companies including Wyman Gordon, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Samsung. At Wyman Gordon, their roles included Operations Director, Strategic Purchasing & Technology Manager, Site Operations Manager, and Supply Chain Manager. Brian was responsible for various aspects such as EHS, steel yard, weld, conditioning, heat treat, forge, machine shop, etch, dye penetrant, inspection, shipping, and maintenance. Brian also had P&L responsibilities for capital, variable costs, productivity, fixed costs, material, backlog, margin, freight, and scrap. At Oracle, they worked as a Supplier Program Manager and was responsible for cost management, risk management, cost savings, and performance management of subcontracted commodity packaging business. At Sun Microsystems, their roles included Materials Manager and Senior Memory Buyer/Global Material Analyst, where they managed procurement, forecasts, delivery schedules, allocation, and consolidation of support structures. At Samsung, they worked as an Inventory Manager and Supply Chain Development Buyer.

Brian Regan earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow, which they attended from 1991 to 1995. Brian later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business & Management from the University of Strathclyde, which they completed from 1995 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a certification in PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice in September 2014.
