Alyssa Au

Alyssa Au is an experienced hospitality professional with over 26 years in the industry. Currently serving as Regional Director of Franchise Operations at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since June 2012, Alyssa has previously held the position of Director of Operations within the same company. Prior to joining Wyndham, Alyssa worked at Holiday Retirement as Regional Director, overseeing 11 communities across Northern California and Northern Nevada, and spent more than a decade at Extended Stay Hotels as Regional Director of Operations, managing a portfolio of 15 hotels in various regions. Alyssa's career also includes roles as District Manager, General Manager, and Assistant General Manager. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
