Suzanne Eden

Suzanne (Fenimore) Eden has extensive experience in compliance and contract management within the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Contracts Compliance at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts since November 2008, Suzanne oversees compliance communications for over 9,000 locations across twenty brands and develops compliance strategies for the franchise business. Prior to this, Suzanne held various roles at Realogy Corporation from April 2004 to October 2008, including Sr. Director of Contracts Compliance and Sr. Manager of Franchise Administration & Compliance, managing compliance for multiple renowned real estate brands. Earlier career experience includes working as Contracts & IP Portfolio Administrator at Dendrite International, Inc. Suzanne holds both a Master of Business Administration and a BA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
