Liam Carroll

Liam Carroll serves as the Community Responsive Officer at The Point Business Centre at Kidderminster College, where leadership and coordination of community engagement efforts are key responsibilities. Previously, Liam provided administrative support as a Business Administration Apprentice within the Employer Engagement Team. In addition to this role, Liam has been an active member of local governance as Town Councillor and Leader of the Kidderminster Labour Group since May 2024, while also leading the Wyre Forest Labour Group on Wyre Forest District Council since May 2023. Elected as a District Councillor for the Offmore & Comberton ward, Liam has a solid educational background with an apprenticeship in Business Administration from Kidderminster College and qualifications in History, Geography, and Health and Social Care from King Charles I School.
