Johann S. has worked in various roles in the furniture industry since 1989. Johann began their career at Wilhelm GmbH & Co. Ladenbau KG as a Lead Production Engineer, supervising a production team of 10 and job site installation. In 1992, they moved to HAEFELE America Co. as a Trade Show Manager/Application Engineer, overseeing the travel of sales teams and staff for tradeshows. Johann then joined Fleetwood Fixtures in 1997 as a Project Manager, overseeing 8 European and US clients. In 2013, they returned to Fleetwood Fixtures as a Project Manager, responsible for an engineering team of 5 people, overseeing production team of 25 and an on-site installation team of 4. Johann was also a Supply Chain Analyst, responsible for purchasing daily materials for internal wood production, and a Supply Chain Project Manager, functioning as procurer of store fixtures. In 2019, they moved to Beam's Custom Woodworking Inc. as an Estimator/Project Manager and Project Estimator.
