Caroline Corrales has over 13 years of work experience, starting in 2006 at the Sheraton as a Reservations Agent. Caroline then worked at the Best Western Plus - Kendall Hotel & Suites as a Hotel Clerk and Reservations Agent from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, Caroline joined Formerly Landmark Aviation as a Customer Service Supervisor until 2014.

From 2014 to 2018, Caroline worked at Fontainebleau Aviation as a Customer Service Manager, catering to the elite customers. During this time, they gained valuable experience in providing first-class customer service and exceeded customer expectations.
