Timothy Deegan is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in multifamily and affordable housing lending. Currently, Timothy serves as the Managing Director of Originations at X-Caliber, focusing on HUD, bridge, mezzanine, and structured debt financing. Previously, Timothy was the Managing Director at The Community Preservation Corporation, where leadership was provided in multifamily lending initiatives and team collaboration across various complex transactions. With a robust history in HUD lending and capital markets, Timothy has held key roles at Cosmopolitan Capital Funding, Llenrock Group, Clear Point Funding, Bank of America, Pinnacle Financial, Southern Trust Mortgage, and First Home Mortgage. Timothy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
