Sean Kepper

Sean Kepper has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Sean started their career as a Technical Support Agent at Webhelp, where they handled difficult Microsoft Office support cases and dealt with irate customers. Sean then joined MethylGene Inc. as a System Administrator, where they supported a heavily virtualized environment and performed network and system administration tasks. After that, they worked as a Lab Computing Technician at Cognizant Technology Solutions, supporting lab computers and instruments for AstraZeneca. Sean then transitioned to SDV Logistics as a Network Administrator, where they supported employees and servers at multiple sites across Canada. Following that, they served as an IT Consultant at X-Chem, Inc., offering IT services to small businesses in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Currently, they are working as an IT Consultant at SoundBite Medical Solutions Inc., providing IT services to small businesses in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and contributing to the design of a medical device with international interest.

Sean Kepper obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Augustana University (U. of Alberta) in the years 1998 to 2002. Their pursuit of higher education continued, resulting in the completion of a Master's degree in Computer Science from Concordia University from 2005 to 2008.
