Emma Stubbs

Emma Stubbs has a diverse work experience. Emma started their career as a Business Strategy Consultant at Innosight in 2012 and worked there until 2014. Emma then joined Redstar Ventures as a Development Director from September 2014 to February 2015. In 2015, they hiked the Pacific Crest Trail as a Thru-Hiker from April to August. Following that, they worked at CircleUp, starting as the Corporate Development role from October 2015 to February 2018. Emma then served as Chief of Staff from January 2018 to February 2019, followed by the role of Chief Operating Officer until February 2021. Subsequently, they held the position of General Manager, New Ventures from September 2020 to August 2021 and advisor role until September 2022. During their sabbatical from August 2021 to October 2022, they explored sailing. Currently, starting from November 2022, they are working in the Strategy role at X, the moonshot factory.

Emma Stubbs completed their high school education at Marin Academy from 2004 to 2008. Emma then went on to attend Harvard University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) degree in Neurobiology. In addition to their formal education, Emma also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the Sereis 63 - Uniform Securities State Law certification and the Series 82 - Private Securities Offering Representative certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In 2012, they also obtained the Rescue Scuba Diver certification from PADI.
