Rachel Jackson

Rachel Jackson has a varied work experience in the field of engineering and research. Rachel most recently worked as a Biomechanical Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at Stanford University from September 2017 to December 2019. Rachel also has experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Carnegie Mellon University from May to August 2017, and as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2011 to May 2017. Rachel started their career as an Intern at Virgo Engineers Ltd in June 2009.

Rachel Jackson earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University from 2007 to 2011. Rachel then pursued higher education and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University from 2011 to 2017.
