Nina Alag Suri

Nina Alag Suri is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in the technology and mental health sectors. As the Founder and CEO of X0PA AI since January 2017, Nina has developed an AI-powered SAAS platform that facilitates data-driven hiring decisions. Nina also serves as a Board Member for My NDPA and Bipolar Buddy, focusing on mental health support. Additionally, Nina co-founded Empauwer, an AI-driven platform dedicated to promoting neurodiversity in the workplace. Earlier career highlights include founding Nastrac Group Limited, a boutique executive search firm, and holding managerial positions at IIS Infotech Ltd and ICIM. Nina holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics from Pune University, as well as foundations in Mathematics and Computer Science.
