Ivan Vorona has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ivan started their career as an Instructor, teaching business disciplines and hospitality courses. Ivan later worked as an Audit Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they specialized in telecommunications and mining audits. At Coca-Cola, they served as the Accounting Manager and Chief Accountant, overseeing accounting, reporting, and internal controls. Ivan also worked as an Internal Auditor, auditing bottling operations and providing recommendations for improvement. Ivan then joined Cargill, where they held various positions including Finance Director/Controller and General Director/Project Controller. Ivan managed finance, IT, legal, and security departments and led the construction of a wheat processing plant and malt house. As the Director for SAP ERP system development at UC Rusal, they led the implementation of SAP Supply Chain Management. Ivan also worked at BearingPoint as a CFO, leading a finance turnaround project. Currently, they are the Internal Audit Director at X5 Retail Group. Ivan Vorona completed their Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business and Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1994 to 1997. Ivan then pursued a Diploma of an Economist, proficient in English at Far Eastern Federal University, which they completed from 1991 to 1998. From 2007 to 2009, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where they obtained an Executive MBA with a focus on General Management.
