Erfan Li

Erfan Li has worked for a number of organizations since 2017. In that year, they began working for the Australian Government Department of Human Services as a Graduate (Professional Stream - Finance). Erfan then progressed to a Business Analyst role and then Lead Business Analyst. Erfan's duties included analysing business environments and processes to elicit and document requirements for system enhancements, understanding legislation and standards to identify additional requirements and/or constraints, collaborating with domain experts to process model finance functions, ensuring conformance within the finance process architecture to enable reporting and best-value use of ARIS, coordinating divisional system enhancement requests using SharePoint, and developing SAP to Excel-interfacing process automation programs with VBA for finance users. In 2020, they began working for Services Australia as a Business Analyst and Xaana.ai, inc as a Business Consultant. Erfan is currently employed as a Principal Consultant with Xaana.Ai.

Erfan Li completed a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA) at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting and Finance from UNSW from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, Erfan Li also completed an Exchange Program in Finance at Northern Arizona University-The W. A. Franke College of Business. In 2017, they earned a Diploma of Government (DipGov) in Change from the Canberra Institute of Technology.
