Torben B. Lange

Torben B. Lange has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Torben B. started their career as a Project Engineer Quality and ERP systems at Superfos Aerosols in 1991, followed by a role as a Production Engineer at Rockwool International A/S in 1994. Torben B. then worked as a Production Supervisor at Colgate Palmolive from 1995 to 1997.

In 1998, Torben joined Coloplast Hungary where they held several positions, including Production Center Manager, Project Manager, and Logistics & Lean Senior Manager. Torben B. was involved in supply chain management, implementing lean principles, and introducing new local suppliers.

Torben then moved to Noise Limit Aps in 2005, where they served as the VP Operations and later as the CEO. Torben B. was responsible for relocating the company's headquarters and research and development from Copenhagen to Taipei. Additionally, they negotiated contracts with major manufacturing partners and signed agreements with leading manufacturers in the thermal industry.

In 2010, Torben founded Cooling House Ltd, a design and product company focused on energy-saving cooling solutions. The company was successfully acquired by MechaTronix, Taiwan in 2011.

From 2011 to 2016, Torben was associated with BluePrinter ApS, where they served as the CTO and later as the CEO on an interim basis. Torben B. led the conversion of their 3D technology into a marketable product and established a professional supply chain setup.

In 2016, Torben joined Xaar3D as the Head of 3D Printing and later assumed the role of Director of Operations. Torben B. was responsible for product development, introduction of new product programs, and building a highly skilled team.

Torben also served as a Board Member at 4Life Solutions (formerly known as SolarSack) from 2019 to 2022.

Currently, Torben is working at Stratasys since 2021, where they hold the roles of Director R&D SAF and VP, R&D SAF.

Torben B. Lange completed their education with a B.Sc in Mechanical and Production Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark between 1987 and 1991. Prior to that, they attended Nyborg Gymnasium from 1984 to 1987, where they pursued a degree in Matematisk fysisk linie. Later, from 1995 to 1997, Torben B. Lange enrolled in the Copenhagen Business School and obtained a HD, Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Organization and Management.
