Anita Segev

Anita Segev has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Anita currently works as a Human Resources Business Partner at XACT Robotics since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at ADVA from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the employee organizational life cycle, providing advice and support to employees and managers, and organizing training sessions and local events. From 2011 to 2019, they worked as a HR Manager & Business Partner and Administrative Manager & HR Admin at ColorChip. In this role, they were responsible for all HR procedures and processes, managing the full recruitment process for various roles, and assessing organizational and employee needs.

Anita Segev completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Haifa in 2010. Anita then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Geography from the same university, which they completed in 2013. In 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Haifa.
